  1. We collect your personal information either by login from google accounts or New-Register Signup in order to provide and continually improve our products and services at your doorstep.

  2. We use the personal information only for Purchase and delivery of products and services.

Terms & Conditions

  1. If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

  2. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure.

  3. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to www.ssredesk.com, to understand our practices. The personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of www.ssredesk.com will be treated as strictly confidential by Wix.com and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used, please do not use the website.

  4. All Items sold once, can't be returned to the supplier unless the product is damaged.

Shipping Policy

  1. The time taken to deliver the products to the customers will be based on their regions.

  2. The product will be delivered within 3-5 business days, if the customer shipping details is within the radius of 5kms from the Industry with minimal shipping charges.

  3. The product will be delivered within 5-7 business days, if the customer shipping details is more than radius of 5kms from the Industry with reasonable shipping charges.

  4. We provide free pick-up service at Sri Siddarameshwara Industry, if the customer don't like to opt for door-step delivery.

  5. If the customer wish to order more than 50 items of same product or by clubbing the different products, the items will be delivered within 9-14 business days. 

  6. We currently serving in Bangalore, and ready to accept the orders from South Karnataka regions. It includes Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Chikkaballapura, Chikkamagalur, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Doddaballapura, Hassan, Kolar, Mysore, Ramanagara, Shimoga and Tumkur districts.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. All Items sold once, can't be returned to the supplier unless the product is damaged.

  2. Refund & Cancellation policy will be operational, only if the customer wish to cancel the order within 24hrs of the payment done. Cancellation requested after 24hrs of payment made will be considered as the customer either accept the product or refund with 15-20% charges.

  3. All refunds will take 5-7 business days after cancellation of the products.

  4. We partnered with one of the India's Safest Payment mode Razorpay for all the types of payments such as UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Wallets & more.
